1. Program Description & Message Frequency AZ NOW sends automated mobile text notifications, meeting reminders, and community alerts to subscribed users. Subscribing to this service means you will receive event updates, specifically regarding our upcoming monthly meetings. Message frequency varies based on community activity, typically averaging 1 to 4 messages per month.

2. Cost, Rates, and Fees AZ NOW does not charge for our text message alert service. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Check with your wireless provider for specific details regarding your text messaging plan.

3. Supported Carriers The service is available on all major United States wireless carriers. Delivery of information and messages to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of circumstances or conditions on the part of your wireless carrier. Neither AZ NOW nor mobile carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opt-Out & Stop Instructions You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our phone number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.
